使用等体温膀胱冲洗液预防前列腺电切术后并发症的效果

目的探讨等体温膀胱冲洗液预防前列腺电切术后并发症的效果。方法 2011年6月至2013年6月,便利抽样法选取在新疆医科大学第一附属医院实施前列腺电切术的老年患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者术中至术后3d均使用37℃等体温膀胱冲洗液,对照组患者采用常温膀胱冲洗液,比较两组患者膀胱痉挛的发生率、术后3d内每日尿液红细胞计数、术后并发症发生情况等。结果观察组有4例患者发生膀胱痉挛,占6.7%,而对照组有12例患者发生膀胱痉挛,占20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。不同组别的尿液红细胞数不同(P0.01);不同时间点下的红细胞数不同(P0.01);组别与时间点存在交互作用(P0.001)。两组患者在手术并发症的发生率上的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论围术期使用等体温膀胱冲洗液,能最大限度地减少膀胱痉挛的发生率,减少出血量。

Effects of Body Temperature Irrigation Fluid Usage in Prevent Perioperative Period Complication of Transurethral Prostatic Resection

Objective To investigate the effect of body temperature irrigation fluid in preventing the postoperative complication of transurethral prostatic resection.Methods By convenience sampling,120 patients having undergone TURP were selected and equally divided into control group and experimental group.The patients received continuous bladder irrigation with body temperature irrigation fluid（37℃）in the experimental group and room temperature irrigation fluid in the control group.The incidence of bladder spasm,3days urine red blood cell amount after surgery and incidence of postoperative complication were compared between two groups of patients.Results 4patients had bladder spasms in experimental group,which accounted for 6.7%,while there were 12 cases of bladder spasms in control group,which accounted for20.0%（P〈0.05）.The different group had dfferent amount of urine red blood cell（P〈0.01）.The red blood cell were different under different time point（P〈0.01）.There was interaction between groups and time point（P〈0.01）.There were no statistic significance of the incidence of surgery complications between two groups of patients（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The use of body temperature irrigation fluid in perioperative period can reduce the incidence of bladder spasms and minimize the bleeding volume.
