妊娠期糖尿病系统诊治对孕产妇并发症的影响

目的：观察妊娠期糖尿病系统诊治对孕产妇并发症的影响。方法选取2012年1月～2013年12月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者92例，随机分为观察组45例和对照组47例，对照组未给予任何干预治疗措施，观察组给予早期系统干预诊治，观察并比较两组妊娠结局和母婴并发症情况。结果观察组患者围生期妊娠高血压、羊水过多、产后出血、胎儿窘迫等并发症发生率及新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖、新生儿高胆红素血症、死亡等并发症发生率均明显少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组剖宫产17例，剖宫产率37.8%，对照组剖宫产24例，剖宫产率51.1%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论给予妊娠期糖尿病合理有效系统的治疗，对减少孕产妇及新生儿并发症、降低剖宫产率具有重要意义。

Relationship between the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes and maternal complications

Objective Relationship between the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes and maternal complications.Methods 92 cases of gestational diabetes in our hospital patients from January 2012 to December 2013 were treated randomly divided into observation group 45 cases and the control group 47 cases. The patients of observation group were given the diagnosis and treatment of early intervention system,while the control group did not give any intervention measures . Then observed and compared pregnancy outcomes and maternal complications of the two groups.Results The patients with perinatal gestational hypertension,amniotic fluid too much,postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence of complications such as fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia, neonatal hypoglycemia,hyperbilirubinemia,death and other complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. the observation group 17 cases of cesarean section,cesarean section rate was 37.8%,and control group 24 cases of cesarean section,cesarean section rate was 51.1%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is important to give reasonable treatment to patients with gestational diabetes,which help to reduce maternal and neonatal complications.
