孕妇配偶产前焦虑特点的研究

目的探讨孕妇配偶产前焦虑的发生特点及其影响因素。方法以2012年1月至2013年3月在瑞安市妇幼保健院行产前检查的孕妇配偶845名孕妇配偶为调查对象,采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)对其进行调查和分析。结果152例(18.0%)孕妇配偶的SAS评分50分,存在焦虑症状(焦虑组);焦虑组孕妇配偶的月收入明显低于对照组(SAS评分≤50分),尚无孩子的比例高于对照组(均P0.05);产前焦虑的孕妇配偶对于妊娠和孩子出生具有较少的积极感受,并且选择剖宫产的比例高于自然分娩(P0.05)。结论产前焦虑在孕妇配偶中是一种较为常见的心理改变,尤其是生育第一个孩子和低收入者,并且产前焦虑影响孕妇配偶对待妊娠和分娩方式的态度,使其更易选择剖宫产作为分娩的首选模式。

Research on Prenatal Anxiety Characteristics of Spouse of Pregnant Women

Objective To investigate the prenatal anxiety characteristics of spouse of pregnant women and its effect.Methods 845 spouses of pregnant women were selected and investigated by using self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）.Results 152cases（18.0%）of spouse of pregnant women had a SAS score more than50,meaning the presence of anxiety symptoms.Anxiety group＇s monthly income was significantly lower than the control group,and the proportion of fathers without previous children in anxiety group was higher than that in control group（all P〈0.05）.Spouse of pregnant women with prenatal anxiety showed less positive feelings about pregnancy and a higher proportion of them selected cesarean section rather than eutocia（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Prenatal anxiety in spouse of pregnant women is a relatively common psychological change,especially for low-income people or fathers of the first child.High levels of anxiety are associated with men＇s attitude towards pregnancy and the coming birth.These men were also more likely to identify caesarean section as their preferred mode of birth.
