医用臭氧水治疗口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡的有效性及安全性

摘    要:目的:探讨医用臭氧水治疗口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的有效性及安全性。方法选取2012年5月~2013年5月诊断为复发性阿弗他溃疡患者60例作为研究对象。采用单盲随机对照法将其分成对照组和试验组各30例。对照组患者使用院内制剂维庆漱口液治疗;试验组患者采用医用臭氧水进行治疗。对比两组治疗后的RAU患者唾液中TNF-α含量、平均溃疡期和疼痛指数。结果试验组治疗后的TNF-α含量为(80.11±3.77)ng/L,对照组为(82.46±1.64)ng/L;试验组的平均溃疡期为(6.02±2.79)d,对照组为(8.34±1.33)d;根据疼痛视觉模拟评分表(VAS)的比较,试验组平均长度为(6.227±1.732),对照组为(7.012±1.098),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医用臭氧水治疗口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡安全有效。

Efficacy and safety of medical ozone water on recurrent oral ulcer

Abstract:Objective To explore efficacy and safety of medical ozone water on recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 60 recurrent aphthous ulcer patients were collected from may 2012 to May 2013, and divided into the control group(30 cases)and test group(30 cases)by single blind and randomized methods. The patients in control group were treated with the Weiqing gargle, while the test group patients were with medical ozone water treatment. Then compared the TNF-αamount in saliva of patients , mean ulcer stage and pain index of the two groups after treatment. Results The TNF-αamount of test group was(80.11 ± 3.77) ng/L after treatment, which was lower than that in the control group [(82.46 ± 1.64)ng/L]. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The mean ulcer stage of test group was(6.02 ± 2.79)days, while the control group was(8.34 ± 1.33)days;According to the VAS, the pain of test group average length was(6.227 ± 1.732)cm, and the control group was(7.012 ± 1.098)cm;The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is effective and safe to use medical ozone water on recurrent oral ulcer.
