Application of Novel Nursing Service Mode of High Quality Nursing in Department of Cardiology

Objective To explore the novel measures,mode and culture of high quality nursing service in department of cardiology and build high quality nursing brand in order to provide better nursing service to patients.Methods To pursuit creation and explore novel measures of nursing management：Establish rules and regulations to enforce the training,improve the quality of the staff,improve the performance appraisal and build incentive mechanism.To change the mode and improve the nursing service which include：reform the scheduling mode,practice the whole nursing responsibility and expenditure.To gain the satisfaction and establish the brand,such as the love culture,harmonious doctor-patient relationship and continuous improvement of overall satisfaction level.Results The comprehensive quality of nursing was improved,and the reputation of nursing was established.Conclusion This novel service mode can significantly help the implementation of high quality nursing service which also helpfully develop good brand image of nursing service.
