妊娠合并糖尿病对母婴影响的临床研究

目的：观察妊娠合并糖尿病（妊娠期糖尿病和糖尿病合并妊娠）对孕妇和胎儿的影响，为妊娠合并糖尿病的防治提供临床依据。方法回顾性分析我院2010年10月至2013年10月住院的妊娠患者临床资料，研究对象随机分成糖尿病组和非糖尿病组，观察妊娠合并糖尿病对妊娠孕妇和胎儿的影响。结果糖尿病组妊高征、剖宫产、羊水过多、酮症酸中毒、感染、早产、巨大胎儿、胎儿畸形、呼吸窘迫、死胎死产的发生率与非糖尿病组的相比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论妊娠合并糖尿病对母婴均有一定影响，主要造成孕产妇羊水过多、病理妊娠、早产、继发感染等；对于胎儿的影响主要是引起呼吸窘迫、巨大儿、死胎死产及畸形胎儿等。各种症状的发生率均与孕期母体血糖水平的控制情况密切相关。

The effect of diabetes mellitus on pregnant woman and infant

Objective To study the effect of diabetes mellitus（DM）in gestation to mother and her infant. Methods A retrospective analysis from October 2010 to October 2013 was done.The study subjects were randomly divided into diabetes mellitus group and non-diabetes mellitus group, to investigated the influence of gestational diabetes in pregnant women and fetuses. Results The incidence of complication in diabetic group was higher than that in control group. Conclusion The diabetes mellitus can badly affect the health of pregnant mother and infant. For mother it mainly cause pathological pregnancy, hydramnios, infection and preterm labour, for infant it may cause fetalmacrosomia, respiratory embarrassment, malformation and perinatal death, which are all correlated with the level of glucose.
