可摘局部义齿修复前后的口腔健康临床随访观察

目的：探讨可摘局部义齿（RPD）修复对天然牙短牙弓患者口腔健康相关生活质量的影响。方法选择2011年6月～2012年12月就诊本院口腔修复科并符合纳入标准的短牙弓患者117例，进行RPD修复并用口腔健康影响程度量表（OHIP-14中文版）对患者进行问卷调查并分析。结果修复后患者自我评分的分值降低，咀嚼效率提高，提示可摘局部义齿修复有助于提高患者的生活质量。结论可摘局部义齿修复短牙弓，不仅能够改善患者的生理情况，还能有效提高患者的生活质量。

117 patients with removable partial dentures before and after the oral health clinical follow-up study

Objective To assess the effect of removable partial dentures restoration on oral health-related quality of life of subjects with shortened dental arches .Methods On March 2010 to September 2011 in our hospital,we collected 117 cases of patients with shortened dental arches. The Chinese version of OHIP-14 was administered to each patient before treatment and after treatment. The pre-treatment and post-treatment scores of the Chinese version of OHIP-14 were compared.Results Significant decrease in patients＆#39; total score of OHRQOL was detected after treatment.Chewing efficiency, removable partial dentures tips to help improve the quality of life of patients.Conclusions The main impacts of shortened dental arch with intact anterior region affecting patients＆#39; OHRQOL are physical disability. From a quality-of-life perspective, patients with SDA can perceive benefits from RPD.
