肺高血压住院患者抑郁状况及其影响因素的分析

目的了解肺高血压(pulmonary hypertension,PH)患者的抑郁发生情况并分析其影响因素,为临床制定并实施针对性的护理干预措施提供依据。方法 2013年11月至2014年3月,采用患者一般资料调查表、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scales,SDS)、社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)对上海市肺科医院肺循环科收治的130例PH患者进行调查。结果 PH住院患者的抑郁发生率为53.08%,经多因素Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄和社会支持水平是影响PH患者抑郁状况的重要因素。结论住院PH患者存在较严重的抑郁情况,医护人员在患者的治疗过程中,应关注中老年患者的心理健康,以提高患者的生活质量。

Influence Factors Analysis and Depression Status of Hospitalized Patients with Pulmonary Hypertension

Objective To investigate the incidence and influencing factors of depression in patients with pulmonary hypertension and to provide references for carrying out targeted interventions .Methods Totally 130 hospitalized PH patients were selected and investigated by using general information questionnaire , Self‐rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Social Support Rating Scale .Results The incidence of depression in hospitalized pulmonary hypertension patients was 53 0.8% .Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age and social support level were the important influencing factors which affect PH patients depression status .Conclusion There is a higher depression ratio of hospitalized patients with pulmonary hypertension . The medical staff should pay more attention to mental health in middle‐aged and elderly patients during treatment ,thereby improve their quality of life .
