替米沙坦对轻中度原发性高血压患者血管弹性影响的研究

目的研究替米沙坦对轻中度原发性高血压患者血管弹性的影响。方法随机选取2013年1月～2013年6月收治的轻中度原发性高血压患者76例，作为研究对象。服用替米沙坦60mg／d。统计服药前和服药1个月、3个月、6个月时，患者的血压参数和脉搏传导速度（baPWV）。结果服药1个月、3个月和6个月时，舒张压（DBP）、收缩压（SBP）、脉压差（PP）比服药前有明显的降低（P〈0．05）；服药1个月、3个月和6个月之间的舒张压（DBP）、收缩压（SBP）、脉压差（PP）比较也有明显变化。服药6个月后baPWV为（1543．3±331．67）cm／s，变化值为（368．3±262．57）cm／s。服用药物后，1个月、3个月和6个月的baPWV与服药前baPWV比较，均小于服药前baPWV的（P〈0．05）。服药后的1个月、3个月和6个月之间的baPWV比较，没有显著变化。结论替米沙坦能有效降低轻中度原发性高血压患者的血压参数和改善患者动脉血管弹性，血压保持稳定后，也能维持对动脉血管弹性的改善作用。

Research on the impact of telmisartan in patients with mild and moderate essential hypertension blood vessel elasticity

Objective To research on the impact of telmisartan in patients with mild and moderate essential hypertension blood vessel elasticity. Methods 76 cases from January 2013 to June 2013 were selected.Taking telmisartan 60 mg/d to analyze the patient＇s blood pressure and pulse parameters conduction velocity before and after taking one month, three months, six months.Results After taking one month, three months and six months, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, pulse pressure （PP） were significantly lower compared to the previous medication （P 〈 0.05 ）. After 6 months of medication baPWV was 1 543.3 ± 331.67cm · s^-1. ThebaPWV after one month, three months and six months, were less than the before （P 〈 0.05 ）. A month after taking, baPWV had no significant change compared with that after three months and six months .Conclusion Telmisartan parameters can effectively lower blood pressure in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension and improve patients＇ arteries elasticity, blood pressure remained stable, but also maintain the improvement of arterial elasticity.
