| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解表达不同 HLA- B抗原的强直性脊柱炎 ( AS)患者的临床特点及对诊断的意义。方法 :应用微量淋巴细胞毒法对符合 1 984年修订纽约标准的 2 8例 AS患者外周血中单个核细胞表面的 HLA- B2 7,B7,B40 ,B1 3抗原进行检测并分析其与临床的相关性。结果 :HLA- B2 7阳性的患者多以外周关节受累为首发症状且患者平均发病年龄比 HLA- B2 7阴性者小 ,HLA- B2 7阴性的患者往往以腰痛为首发症状 ,发病年龄相对较大。结论 :HLA- B2 7阳性对于以外周关节受累为首发症状、年龄 2 5岁以下的 AS患者诊断意义较大。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the significance of different HLA-B antigen expression in the diagnosis by study the clinical features of AS patients.Methods:Twenty eight AS patients were selected according to the 1984 New York modified diagnostic criteria,and the expression of HLA B27,B7,B40 and B13 antigens on the surface of mononuclear cells from the peripheral blood of AS patients was detected by microlymphocytotoxic assay and their correlation with clinical features was analyzed.Results:HLA B27 + AS patients with peripheral joints involvement as initial symptom are younger than HLA B27 - patients with lumbar pain as initial symptom.Conclusion:HLA B27 positiveness is significant in the diagnosis of younger AS patients with peripheral joints involvement as initial onset. 〔 |
