超临界萃取技术及其应用研究

摘    要:超临界流体萃取(SFE)技术开辟了分离工业的新领域,是一种新型的分离技术.本文对超临界萃取的基本原理进行了阐述,介绍了超临界萃取的特点及其在天然香料工业中、食品和天然中草药等方面的应用和研究进展,并对今后的发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract:Supercritical fluid extraction technology developed a new field in separation industry, and it is a new separation technology. The basic principles of supercritical extraction technology were described in this article. The characteristics of supercritical extraction technology, its application in the industries of natural perfume, food and natural herbal medicine and the research developments were also introduced. At the same time, the development trends were prospected.
