某焊装夹具建设项目职业病危害预评价

目的识别、分析与评价拟建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,确定危害类别,为行政部门审批该项目提供技术依据。方法综合利用类比法、检查表法及经验法进行分析评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中存在电焊烟尘、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、锰及其化合物及噪声等主要职业病危害因素。该拟建项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目。结论该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。

Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards in a Welding Fixture Construction Project

[Objective]To identify,analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazard factors in the proposed construction project,determine the category of hazards,and provide the technical basis for the approval of administrative department.[Methods]The combination of analogy,checklist and empirical method was applied for analysis and evaluation.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors in the production process of this construction project were electric welding dust,carbon monoxide,nitrogen dioxide,manganese and their compound,noise and so on.The constructive project was classified as a severe occupational hazard project.[Conclusion]The possible occupational hazard factors in the production process of this construction project can be prevented.From the view of occupational hygiene,the project is feasible.
