对53名护士长心身状况的调查分析

对５３名护士长心身状况问卷调查的结果表明：５４％的人有睡眠障碍；４１％的人有疲劳感；３０％的人感到紧张且伴有头痛；２８％的人患有胃肠道疾病，其心理症状也更为明显；６７％的人心情不好；４３％的人焦虑及感情脆弱；３２％的人易受刺激；１９％的人脾气暴躁。并分析了形成的原因。同时，提出了护士长应加强自身修养，注意调节生活节奏，增强自我保健意识，培养广泛兴趣爱好，加强体育锻炼等方面的措施。

Investigation on Physical Condition of 53 Head-nurses in Our Hospital

An investigation on physical condition of 53 head-nurses was made in our hospital through question-answer sheet. The results showed that 54% of the head-nurses had somnipathy, 41% had sensation of fatigue,130% strain sensation associated with headache, 28% diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, their paychological symptoms were very obvious, 67% was in low spirit. 43% had anxiety or fragile feeling,19% a bad temper. The author analysed the formed causes and put forward several measures. For example, they should strengthen self-cultivation, adjust life rhythm, strengthen health consciousness, develop wide interests and take exercises.
