光固化树脂不同深度处的转化

摘    要:测定两种可见光固化复合树脂不同深度处的双键转化度和显微硬度。结果表明,随着深度的增加,复合树脂的转化度和硬度逐渐降低。最大转化度和硬度不在树脂表面,而是在表层下0.5~1.0mm范围内。当深度增加至一定水平后,转化度的下降比硬度的下降更为迅速而明显。采用红外光谱法测得的转化度结果与显微硬度测量结果之间具有良好的相关性。与硬度法和红外光谱法相比,通常所用的“刮除法”大大高估了固化深度。

Abstract:Conversion degree of double bonds and microhardness in different depths of two visible light cured composites were inspected by means of the Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showde that conversion degree and microhardness of visible light cured composites decreasde gradually with increasing depth or thickness of materials. The maximun conversion-de-gree and microhardness were within a scope of 0. 5 to 1. 0mm beneath the top. After the depth increased to a certain level, conversion degree decreased more evidently than micro-hardness. There was a good correlation between conversion degree result obtained by infrared spectroscopic technique and micro-hardness result.
