HIV携带者合并外科疾病的围手术期管理

目的：探讨人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）携带者合并外科疾病的围手术期管理方法。方法：回顾性分析2008年1月～2009年12月浙江省中医院外科收治的4例HIV携带者的围手术期管理方法。结果：4例患者中1例在检测结果未知情况下进行急诊手术，1例发现HIV携带后放弃手术，1例发现HIV携带后采用保守治疗，1例明确HIV携带后择期手术。没有发生医护人员职业暴露。结论：做好HIV携带者合并外科疾病患者的消毒隔离和职业防护管理非常重要，尤其是急诊手术患者。

Peri-operative management for surgical patients with HIV carriers

Objectives： To explore the monitoring approach of HIV carriers complicating with surgical disease in peri-operative period. Methods： Retrospectively analysis on 4 HIV carriers＇ monitoring approach in peri-operative period in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of TCM in Jan 2008 to Dec. 2009. Resuhs： One of the 4 cases had the emergent operation without testing HIV antigen. One gave up operation when found HIV positive. One selected conservative treatment and one got selective surgery. No medical staff has ever been exposed to HIV virus. Conclusions： It is extremely important to strictly isolate HIV positive surgical patient from other patients and oecupational protection, especially for emergency patient.
