| 摘 要： | 克罗恩病(CD)是一种以小肠病变为主,累及整个肠道且原因不明的肠道慢性非特异性、溃疡坏死性炎症,常常伴有肉芽组织增生。肿瘤坏死因子α的过表达与CD的关系密切,英夫利昔是抗肿瘤坏死因子α制剂中的一种。近年来,国内外采用英夫利昔治疗CD取得了一定的进展。现就英夫利昔在克罗恩病的诱导缓解、维持治疗等方面的优越性及其不良反应予以综述。

| Abstract: | Crohn′s disease(CD)is a non-specific chronic necrotic ulcer enteritis,mainly in small intestine with granulation tissue.The occurrence of CD is still unexplained.Many researches show that the relationship between CD and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)is very close.Infliximab is one of TNF-agents.In recent years,great progress has made in the treatment of CD with Infliximab.This article reviews the use of Infliximab in treating CD and its side effects. |
