| 摘 要： | 目的探讨司法鉴定中有人格障碍与人格改变的被鉴定者未能被早期识别的原因。方法对司法鉴定中22例人格障碍和16例人格改变的被鉴定者的既往诊疗史中精神病性及器质性症状进行分析比较。结果有人格障碍的被鉴定者大多数在违法前精神方面问题未得到诊治，人格改变者多在违法前被诊断患器质性疾病而忽略了精神方面的问题。结论司法精神医学鉴定中应详细分析既往史，严格区分被鉴定者的人格异常种类，以便做出正确的鉴定结论。
