摘    要:目的探讨快速成型技术在复杂脊柱畸形矫治中的意义。方法采集19例脊柱畸形患者螺旋CT数据进行脊柱病变区域的三维重建,应用快速成型技术制作脊柱畸形模型应用于临床。结果19例患者术中所见脊柱畸形与术前脊柱畸形模型显示和测量结果近乎完全一致。按术前计划在脊柱模型上完成脊柱矫形或截骨,并按照截骨或矫形后模型角度完成固定棒的塑型。在模型的指导下定位,完成椎弓根的穿刺,上端达到T1水平。手术过程顺利,矫形和内固定满意,仅1例出现一过性神经损伤加重。术后侧凸矫正率为67.4%,后凸矫正率为51.3%。结论快速成型技术可以精确和直观地反映脊柱畸形情况,提高诊断率,指导制定手术计划,方便手术操作。
