| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum Hcy,SAA and MMP-9 lends in patients with acute myocardium infarction(AMI).Methods Serum Hcy,MMP-9(with Elisa) and SAA(with Biochemistry) lends were measured in 31 patients with AMI both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls.Results Before treatment serum Hcy,SAA and MMP-9 lends were significantly higher than those in the controls(P<0.01).One month after treatment,serum Hcy,SAA and MMP-9 lends in the patients were not much diff... |
