肺曲菌球的CT表现

目的分析肺曲菌球病的CT表现,提高对其认识。方法回顾性分析本院8例经病理或临床证实的肺曲菌球病的CT征象。结果 8例肺曲菌球患者中,青年患者(<30岁)2例,老年患者(≥60岁)6例。8例患者中慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿3例(其中合并支气管扩张2例),高血压、糖尿病2例,结核病2例,白血病骨髓移植术后1例。CT发现"空气新月征"4例,"气环征"3例,"球中含气征"1例。后2个征象同时出现者2例(其中合并"滚珠征"1例),6例增强CT检查的曲菌球增强后无强化。结论空气新月征、气环征、球中含气征、滚珠征及无强化是肺曲菌球病的相对特征性CT表现,了解这些征象有助于提高诊断水平。

CT presentation of pulmonary aspergilloma

Objective To study CT presentation of pulmonary aspergilloma and deepen the understanding of the disease.Methods CT presentation of 8 cases with clinically or pathologically proved pulmonary aspergilloma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 8 cases with pulmonary aspergilloma,2 cases were young adults（30 years old） and 6 cases aged people（≥60 years old）.Of the 8 patients,3 cases suffered from bronchitis emphysema,2 cases hypertension and diabetes,2 cases pulmonary tuberculosis,2 cases bronchiectasis and 1 case leukemia after bone marrow transplantation.CT findings consisted of air crescent sign in 4 cases,air ring sign in 3 cases,air-in-ball sign in 3 cases and rolling ball sign in 1 case.There was no enhanced appearance in 6 cases of pulmonary aspergilloma after enhancement.Conclusion Air crescent sign,air ring sign,air-in-ball sign,rolling ball sign and no enhancement are relatively characteristic CT presentation.Understanding these signs could help improve the diagnostic level.
