| Abstract: | Objective To study NEK6 expression and localization after spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods The thoracic spinal cord(T8~T10) of rats was injured by the method of modified Allen's.By means of Western Blot and immunoflourences,the distributive particularities in time and space of the early expression of NEK6 in injured spinal cord tissues of rats were measured.Results After spinal cord injury,the high expression of NEK6 was presented at 2h,and reached the peak at 8h,and then reversed.It was localized with neuro... |
