| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨巨大甲状腺肿手术方法,及如何有效防范手术并发症.方法 对1990年10月～2009年10月共87例巨大甲状腺肿手术资料进行分析.结果 所有切除标本均经过台秤秤重并经病理检查明确诊断.本组治愈83例,治愈率95％,并发症4例,并发症发生率4.6％.结论 掌握甲状腺局部解剖,精细操作加之经验积累是获得手术近、远期...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore surgical methods for the treatment of huge goiter and search for effective measures for the prevention of complications.Methods 87 huge goiter surgical operations conducted from October 1990 to October 2009 were analyzed.Results All resected specimens were weighed with scales and checked pathologically before definite diagnosis.Of the 87 cases,83 were cured(83/87,95%).Complications occurred in 4 cases(4/87,4.6%).Conclusion The key to the satisfactory near and far-term curative effect is... |
