我院门诊抗菌药物的使用情况分析

目的了解本院门诊抗感染药物的使用状况,评价其使用的合理性.方法利用我院HIS系统提供的门诊用药数据,采用回顾性研究方法,统计分析我院2007年门诊抗菌药物使用情况.结果2007年我院门诊抗感染药物占门诊全部用药金额的16.08%,其中抗真菌类药物、喹诺酮类药物和硝基咪唑类药物的使用金额最高,使用频率最高的药物是替硝唑栓、加替沙星胶囊和鱼腥草素钠栓.日均费用最高的克霉唑阴道片、氟康唑胶囊和司帕沙互胶囊.结论我院门诊抗菌药物使用金额比重有所下降,应用抗菌药品种有比较显著的妇产科医院用药特征.

The analysis of rational administration about out-patient clinic Anti-Infective drugs

Objective To get the message of using condition about out-patient clinic Anti-Infective drugs,to estimate the using rationality.Methods Utilizing the out-patient clinic drug datas from HIS system and adopting retrospective study we analyze using information with statistics about out-patient clinic Anti-Infective drugs in 2007.Results The percentage of out-patient clinic Anti-Infective drugs cost is 15.08% compared with out-patient clinic drugs,the cost of anti-eumycete,quinolone and imidazoles take the top position,the DDDs of tinidazole plug,gatifloxacin capsule and sodium houttuyfonate plug take the top position,the DDDc of clotrimazole vaginal tablet.fluconazol capsule and sparfloxacin capsule take the top position.Conclusion Proportion of cost for out-patient clinic Anti-Infective drugs is decreasing,the used drugs was consistent with the characteristics of gynaecology and obstetrics.
