高血压脑出血急性期的护理

目的探讨降低高血压脑出血急性期病死率和护理要点。方法回顾性分析过去3年156例高血压脑出血的护理资料及高血压脑出血的死亡原因。结果出血量大小是影响患者预后的主要因素，急性期颅内高压是患者死亡的最主要原因。结论早期发现高血压脑出血后再出血或术后出血及保持气道通畅是降低高血压脑出血残死率的重要环节。

Experience in nursing care of patients with acute stage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To discuss the main points for reducing mortality rate of patients with acute stage hypertensive cerebral hemor- rhage. Methods The clinical data of nursing and causes for death in 156 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in past 3 years were reviewed and analyzed. Results The amount of bleeding that affects prognosis of patients with the size of the main factors, the acute phase in patients with intracranial hypertension is the most important cause of death. Conclusion The early discovery of re - bleeding or hemorrhage after operation in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and maintenance of un - obstruction of air - way axe important key points for reducing the mortality rate of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
