中国精神卫生服务存在的问题及建议

我国精神疾病患病率在逐年攀升,并且精神疾病在我国疾病总负担的排名中已居首位。精神卫生服务存在着一些问题,但也处于历史发展的最好阶段。建议加快《中华人民共和国精神卫生法》立法进程;完善并落实人民政府的政策及成功推进医疗改革;发展综合医院精神卫生;妥善合理利用好逐年加大的投入资金,以精神疾病控制为轴延伸至社区精神卫生;普及精神卫生知识,消除偏见与歧视;加强精神卫生专业人才的培养,对综合医院人员及其他心理工作者做必要的专业培训。

Problem and Advice of China's Mental Health Service

The prevalence of mental illness in our country increases year by year and mental illness rank the first within the our country's total disease burden.China's mental health service has many problems;however,although it reaches at the best developmental stage in history.In the end,we give out some suggestions here,including of facilitating the legislative process of "The People's Republic of China Mental Health Act",improving and implement the government policy,and successfully promoting the health care reform;developing the mental health service in the integrated hospitals,making a proper and reasonable use of increasing funding yearly,extending mental health service to community in view of the conception for mental disease control,popularizing the mental health knowledge,eliminating the prejudice and discrimination,enhancing the training of the mental health professionals,and training the staff working in the integrated hospitals and other people that engage in mental care.
