| 摘 要： | 猪胶原对环磷酰胺（Ｃｙｃｌｏｐｈｏｓｐｈａｍｉｄｅ，ＣＰ）１５０ｍｇｋｇ－１，腹腔注射（ｉｐ）及Ｘ线０．２８Ｇｙ照射所致小鼠造血损伤有明显的治疗作用。能促进小鼠白细胞及骨髓有核细胞的增殖；增加脾指数，提高机体对外界有害刺激的抵抗力，对机体的造血功能起到保护作用。

| Abstract: | The collagen of pigs (CPS) had the therapeutic effect on hematopoietic injuries produced by cyclophosphamides (150 mg·kg -1 ) and X ray irradiation (0 28 Gy).CPS could improve the proliferation of leukocyte and marrow nucleated cells,increase the index of spleen,enhance the mices resistance to the harmful stimulation and have protective effect on the mices hematopoietic function. |
