恶性纤维组织细胞瘤─—27例报告及文献复习

本文报告２７例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。发病最小年龄２３岁，最大７４岁，中位年龄４７岁。发生部位依次为头颈、下肢、腹膜后、腹膜、躯干软组织、肺、纵隔。病理组织学类型依次为普通型、巨细胞型、粘液型、炎症型，本组无血管瘤样型。粘液型３例均发生复发。对发病情况，病理形态和鉴别诊断，免疫标记及组织发生的最新文献进行了复习。

CYTOMA OF THE MADIGNANT FIBROTISSUES A Report oF 27 Cases and Literatures Review

This paper reports 27 cases of cutoma of the malignant fibrotissues seen inpatients aged from 23 (the youngest ),47(of the intermediary range )and 74(the oldest). Thesequence of the site of the lesion was :the head and neck,the lower extremities,the retroperi-toninum,the peritoninum,the soft tissue of the trunk,the lungs,and the mediastinum. In histopathologic types ,the sequence was :the general type ,the giant-cell type,the mu-cous type ,and the inflammatory type. However ,there was none of the type of the vascular tu-mour in this series. All of the three cases of the mucous type had relapses. Updated literatures on the attack of the disease,pathological morphology ,differential di-agnosis,immume markings and histogenesis were all uncer reciew.
