补肾益髓汤治疗白细胞减少症69例疗效观察

目的：观察补肾益髓汤治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：将127例患者随机分为2组。治疗组69例，采用补肾益髓汤（由黄芪、红参、熟地黄、大枣、何首鸟、构杞子、黄精、地榆、白术、鸡血藤、陈皮等组成）治疗；对照组58例，采用利血生、鲨肝醇治疗。观察治疗前及治疗第4周、第8周后外周血白细胞（WBC）的变化。结果：总有效率治疗组为95．65％，对照组为77．59％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后外周血WBC治疗组与对照组同一时段比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：补肾益髓汤治疗白细胞减少症疗效显著，并能从整体上调节机体气血，可明显改善临床症状及升高白细胞。且复发率低。

Treatment of Leukopenia by Bushen Yisui Tang: A Clinical Observation of 69 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Bushen Yisui Tang (BYT) for leukopenia. Methods: 127 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (69 cases) was treated by BYT (composed of Radix Astragali, Radix Ginseng, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Fructus Jujubae, Radix Poly-goni Multiflori, Fructus Lycii, Rhizoma Polygonati, Radix San-guisorbae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Cauulis Spatholo-bi and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae); the control group (58 case) by leucogen and batyl alcohol. Peripheral blood WBC before treatment and 4th week and 8th week after treatment were examined. Results: The total effective rate was 95. 65% in treatment group, and 77. 59% in control group ( P < 0. 05). After treatment, peripheral blood WBC of treatment group and control group in the same phase showed significant difference (P < 0. 05) . Conclu-sion: BYT possesses marked curative effect for leukopenia. It regulates qi and blood as a whole, markedly improves clinical symptoms, increases WBC count, and decreases recurrence rate.
