老年非小细胞肺癌生存素基因表达与微血管密度

摘    要:目的探讨老年非小细胞肺癌中生存素(Survivin)基因表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测36例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中生存素基因表达水平及其与临床病理特征的关系,分析生存素基因表达与MVD的相互关系。结果肺癌患者生存素蛋白表达水平639%(23/36)明显高于癌旁组织(P<005),随着生存素表达强度的增加MVD逐渐增高,生存素表达与MVD明显相关(F=9691,P<0005)。结论肺癌组织中生存素蛋白表达显著增高,可以作为肺癌临床诊断的可靠指标,生存素基因的过度表达与肺癌组织的微血管密度有关,生存素基因参与了肿瘤的血管生成。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of survivin gene and its correlation with MVD in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Expression of survivin gene and its correlation with clinicopathological features were detected by Streptavidin-Peroxidase (SP) method in 36 cases of NSCLC, and the relationship between survivin expression and MVD was also analyzed. Results The expression level of survivin protein in the patients with lung cancer was 63.9% (23/36), higher than that in control group (P<0.005). There was obvious relationship between the expression of survivin and MVD (F=96.91, P<0.005). Conclusions Survivin gene was ~over- expressed in tissue of NSCLC and might be a definite index of clinic diagnosis of lung cancer. There was correlation between the ~over- expression of survivin and microvascular density, and survivin gene participated in the angiogenesis of tumor.
