花蜜饮口服液的制备及质量控制

摘    要:目的 对花蜜饮口服液的制备工艺及其质量标准进行研究。方法 采用TLC法对药方中白芷、金银花进行了定性鉴别。并对口服液进行了总固体物限量测定。结果 供试品溶液色谱中与对照品,对照药材色谱的相应位置上,显示相同颜色的斑点;而阴性(空白)对照则相对应位置上无斑点。结论 该制备及质控方法简单、结果可靠,重现性好,可以作为该制剂的质量控制标准。

Abstract:Objective To study the preparation technique of nectar drinking oral solution and its standard of quality. Methods The dahurian angelica root and honeysuckle flower in the anagraph were detected qualitatively with TLC. The limited quantity of total solid of this solution were also measured. Results The specimen displayed the same color blotch as the control. But there had no blotch in negative control. Conclusion This method is simple, reliable and better repeatitive, and may act as the standards of quality control of the preparation.
