孟鲁司特联合糖皮质激素治疗幼儿支气管哮喘的临床观察

目的探讨孟鲁司特联合糖皮质治疗幼儿支气管哮喘的有效性和安全性。方法纳入支气管哮喘患儿71例,平均年龄（1.91±0.95）岁,均符合GINA指南幼儿支气管哮喘诊断标准,随机分为试验组及对照组,对照组35例,试验组36例。对照组给予糖皮质激素及常规支气管哮喘对症治疗,试验组在此基础上加用孟鲁司特2.5mg,1次/晚,比较两组哮喘缓解时间,住院时间及不良事件发生情况,治疗及随访期2个月。结果 64例患儿完成研究资料,两组患儿全因病死率以及呼吸道急症相关病死率均为0%（P〉0.005）,差异无统计学意义。两组患儿住院时间,哮喘部分缓解时间,完全缓解时间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.005）。两组患儿观察期复发率比较,试验组显著低于对照组（对照组21例,试验组2例,P〈0.005）。结论孟鲁司特联用激素可以减少幼儿哮喘复发。

The effect of montelukast combined with glucocorticoid for childhood bronchial astma

Objective To evaluate the the efficacy and safety of the treatment with montelukast combined glucocorticoid for children suffering from asthma.Methods 71 bronchial asthma cases according to GINA guideline diagnostic criteria,with mean age（1.91±0.95）years old were enrolled in this study,all cases were randomly divided into control group with 35 cases and experimental group with 36 cases.Control group were received conventional corticosteroids and symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the experimental group were administrated montelukast 2.5mg qn.In two months as treatment and follow-up period,it was compared with asthma remission time;hospital stay and adverse events to evaluate.Results 64 patients completed the study with complete data,all-cause mortality and acute respiratory tract related mortality with no significant difference in both groups were 0%（P0.005）.The hospital stay-time,partial response time and complete remission time for both groups were no significant difference（P0.005）.compared to the control group,the relapse rate of experimental group was significantly lower（P0.005）.Conclusion Montelukast combined with hormone can reduce recurrence of early childhood asthma.
