两种不同防治对策控制血吸虫病的费用－效果分析

本文报道了１９９２～１９９５年在江西省彭泽县两个村进行不同防治策略的费用－效果研究的结果。实施人畜同步化疗策略的椿树村，居民感染率从２６．１２％迅速降到３．０７％，下降８８．２５％，年人均费用为３．２９元，并呈逐年减少趋势，每１００人降低１％感染率的费用为３．６８元。实施围堤垦种结合人群化疗策略的太字村，居民感染率下降７２．３７％，消灭钉螺面积８００亩，费用－效益比达１∶４．５６，取得“增地、增收、灭螺、控制血吸虫病”的综合效益。

EVALUATION OF COST-EFFECT OF TWO DIFFERENT STRATIGIES FOR SCHISTOSOMIASIS CONTROL

This paper reported the results of cost-effect evaluaton on different control strategies implemented in two administrative villages in Pengze county of Jiangxi province from 1992 to 1995. Results showed that the infection rate of residents living in Chunshu village,where the strategy of synchronized chemotherapy for residents and cattles had been conducted,dropped rapidly from 26.12% to 3.07%. The annual average cost for each person was 3.29 yuan, and the cost of reduction of 1% was 22.25 yuan. In Taize villiage where dyke was built to reclaim land from marshlands, and combined chemotherapy was applied, the reduction of infection rate in residents was 72. 37%,snails were eradicated from an area of 800 mu,the ratio of cost and profit was 1:4.56. This strategy has achieved a comprehensive profit of adding farm land,adding income,eradicating snails and controlling schistosomiasis.
