采用椎弓根钉“双皮质”固定治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折的近期疗效观察

[目的]探讨椎弓根钉双皮质固定技术在老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者中应用的临床疗效。[方法]回顾分析椎弓根钉双皮质固定治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折36例,采用Frankel分级,结合X线、CT等影像资料判定疗效。[结果]随访20～49个月,平均33个月。椎体前、后缘高度分别从术前的50.6%和74.4%增加至91.4%和95.4%,Cobb角由术前的26.5°降低到7.2°。CT检查示椎管内面积术前为43.4%,术后为93.3%。各项指标术后与术前比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。脊髓功能恢复按Franke1分级,除1例A级病例术后截瘫症状无明显恢复外,其他均获得1级或1级以上恢复。[结论]对老年骨质疏松椎体骨折患者应用椎弓根钉双皮质固定技术是一种可靠可行的手术方法。

Bi-cortical pedicle screw internal fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fractures in aged people with osteoporosis: a short-term observation

[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of pedicle screw bi-cortical internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture of aged people with osteoporosis.
