未婚人流女性避孕情况研究

目的了解未婚人流女性避孕措施采取情况及未避孕原因。方法对2009年3-8月在湖南省、市、县三级妇幼保健院计划生育门诊确诊妊娠并要求终止妊娠的未婚女性进行匿名访谈,收集、整理信息后用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果①未婚人流女性平均年龄为23.61岁,以城镇人口为主,大部分来自外地,主要是公司职员、学生和无业者,月收入中等偏下;②绝大多数未婚人流女性(91.3%)都采取过避孕措施,但仅有8.5%能坚持避孕,未婚人流女性采取避孕措施的频率随着保健院级别的降低逐渐降低(χ2=24.981,P=0.002);未婚人流女性采取的主要避孕措施是使用避孕套(63.3%)、体外排精(17.0%)和安全期避孕(6.7%);③未婚人流女性不采取避孕措施的主要原因有侥幸心理(38.2%)、准备结婚生子(24.5%)和无计划性生活(9.5%)。结论避孕措施使用率低或方法低效、存在侥幸心理和无计划性生活是导致未婚人流的主要原因,应加强对未婚女性避孕节育知识的宣传教育,减少婚前意外妊娠的发生。

Study on Contraceptive Situation in Unmarried Women with Induced Abortion

Objective To investigate the frequency and methods of contraception in unmarried women undergoing induced abortion,and to find the reasons why they did not resort to contraceptive measures.Methods Anonymous investigation was conducted in unmarried pregnant women who wanted to perform induced abortion in provincial,municipal,and county hospitals of maternal and child health care in Hunan Province from March to August in 2009,then the data were sorted and analyzed with Excel and SPSS 13.0.Results The average age of unmarried women underwent induced abortion was 23.61,and most of them were the urban and nonlocal population,including office workers,students and unemployed persons.Their monthly incomes were at a middle or low level.Most of the women （91.3%） had resorted to contraceptive measures,but only 8.5% could insist on contraception.The frequency of resorting to contraceptive measures decreased with the decline of the hospital level（χ^2=24.981,P=0.002）.Their contraceptive measures were mainly condoms（63.3%）,coitus interruptus（17.0%）,and safe period（6.7%）.The major causes of unmarried women without contraception were fluke mind （38.2%）,ready to marry and have baby（24.5%）,and unplanned sexual life（9.5%）.Conclusions Low contraceptive using or the inefficient methods,fluke mind and unplanned sexual life are the major causes for unmarried female undergoing induced abortion.We should strengthen publicity and education about contraceptive knowledge for unmarried women,increase their self-protection awareness and abilities,and reduce the occurrence of premarital pregnancy.
