马蹄莲不同部位化学成分预试验的对比研究

目的 通过顸试验，研究马蹄莲根、茎、叶三个部位可能的化学成分，以寻找有效成分的主要存在部位。方法 采用试管法和纸色谱法，对马蹄莲不同部位的酸性乙醇、纯化水、MeOH厦95％乙醇提取物进行研究，通过多种指示荆和显色荆的沉淀反应或颜色反应，对马蹄莲不同部位可能舍有的化学成分进行了初步对比研究。结果：马蹄莲根、茎、叶中均可能含有酚类、生物碱、多糖、黄酮、有机酸、植物甾醇或三萜类等化学成分。结论 马蹄莲的主要有效成分为生物碱、黄酮，主要存在于根与叶中。茎中较少。

Pre- experiment of Chemical Components for the different Parts of Zantedeshia aethiopica

Objective To explore the active constituents in different parts from the root,stem and leaf of Zantedeshia aethiopica by pre-experiment.Methods The extracted mixture from the different part of Zantedeshia aethiopica in different(solvent acidic ethanol,purified water and 95% ethanol)solvent were investigated by the law of test tube and paper chromatography including various indicators.Results Root,stem and leaf of Zantedeshia aethiopica contain phenolic compound,alkaloids,polysaccharide,flavones,plant viosterol,triterpene,etc.Conclusion Active ingredients of Zantedeshia aethiopica are mainly alkaloids and flavones which exist in root and leaf,and fewer in stem.
