儿童哮喘临床护理路径的建立与应用

摘    要:目的探讨临床护理路径在哮喘患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选择2009年6月—2010年5月在上海交通大学附属第六人民医院就诊的支气管哮喘患儿320例,按序分为试验组162例和对照组158例,对照组患儿入院后实施常规护理,试验组患儿入院后严格按照临床护理路径表进行护理,比较两组患儿的平均住院天数、费用、并发症发生情况和住院满意度。结果试验组平均住院天数、费用和并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05),而患儿及家属住院满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对哮喘患儿实施临床护理路径能有效减少并发症的发生,降低住院天数和费用,真正提高患儿及家属的住院满意率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway in childhood asthma cases. MethodsA total of 320 cases of childhood bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2009 to May 2010 were selected. They were randomly divided into the experimental group ( n = 162, receiving care according to clinical nursing pathway forms strictly) and control group (n = 158, receiving routine care). The patients' average hospital stay, medical expense, complication incidence, and satisfaction with nursing care were compared. Results Compared with those in the control group, the average hospital stay, medical expense, and complication inci- dence in the experimental group were significantly lower , and the satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in childhood asthma cases can effectively reduce the patients' complication incidence, average hospital stay and medical expense, and improve their satisfaction with nursing care.
