双花解毒合剂质量控制研究

摘    要:目的:研究双花解毒合剂的质量控制方法,提高其质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的金银花、黄芩进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的有效成分黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱鉴别的色谱斑点清晰、阴性对照无干扰;黄芩苷质量0.0282~1.128μg有良好的线性范围,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率(n=5)为99.72%,RSD=0.94%。结论:本文建立方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、专属性强,可有效控制双花解毒合剂的质量。

Quality control of double flower detoxification mixture

Abstract:Objective:To study the quality control of the double flowers detoxifying mixture.Methods:Lonicerae Japonica Flos and Scutellariae Radix in the mixture were qualitatively identified by TLC. The effective constituent baicalin in the preparation was determined by HPLC as the index. Results:The developed TLC spots were clear and without interference of negative sample. The linear range of baicalin was 0.0282~1.128μg, r=0.9996. The average recovery rate was 99.72%, and RSD was 0.94%. Conclusion:This method is proved to be reliable, accurate, specific and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of the double flower detoxifying mixture.
