| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大学新生HBsAg的携带情况，供制定预防对策参考。方法 用ELISA法检测乙肝标志物(HB-VM)，酶动力学法测定ALT。结果 3265名大学新生HBsAg阳性率为5．70％；HBsAg阳性组的HBVM模式以“小三阳”和“大三阳”为主；ALT在HBsAg阴、阳性组之间。性别之间具有显著性差异。HBsAg携带在性别间无差异。结论 某校大学新生的HBsAg携带率低于全国平均水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the infection and epidemic features of HBsAg in freshmen for purpose of prevention. Methods HBsAg, HBVM and ALT in enzyme dynamics were examined by ELISA. Result The HBsAg carrying rate was 5.70% among the 3265 new students and the HBVM mode in the carrying HBsAg students was chiefly HBeAb positive,HBeAg positive. The difference of ALT was sighificant between negative and positive groups, male and female. There was no difference of HBsAg positive rate between male and female. Conclusion The infection rate of HBsAg in the college freshman was lower than the average infection rate of the country. |
