| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前中颅底病灶切除术术后的护理方法。方法：对38例患者采用标准翼点入路和改良经颅底扩大翼点入路行前中颅底病灶切除术，术后给予精心护理，并加强并发症的对症处理。结果：经精心术后护理，两种术式的术后并发症发生率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：前中颅底病灶经标准翼点入路和改良经颅底扩大翼点入路切除术后，通过给予科学、有效的护理，可明显提高治疗效果和患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore approaches of nursing care for patients who had resection of anterior and middle skull basal lesion.Methods: Anterior and middle skull basal lesion of 38 patients were resected by pterional approach and transbasal extended perional approach.Intensive nursing care and treatment of complication was taken for patients after resection.Results: No significant difference was found in the comparison of the two approaches(P>0.05).Conclusion: The effective outcome can be evidently improved and the quality of life of patients can also be increased through scientific and appropriate nursing care when resection of anterior and middle skull basal lesion is applied. |
