| 摘 要： | 目的 研究肝细胞生长因子（HGF）在肺腺癌与细支气管肺泡细胞癌的表达。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测44例I期肺腺癌与32例细支气管肺泡细胞癌手术切除标本HGF的表达，并统计5年生存率。结果 肺腺癌与细支气管肺泡细胞癌细胞HGF阳性表达率分别为66．3％与85．4％（P=0．012）；肺腺癌与细支气管肺泡细胞癌细胞HGF染色积分为4．08±0．72与5．41±0．89，差异有统计学意义（P=0．009）。I期肺腺癌与细支气管肺泡细胞癌的5年生存率为68．2％与81．3％，差异有统计学意义（P=0．045）。结论 HGF在肺腺癌与细支气管肺泡细胞癌的表达存在差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the hepatocyte growth factor bronchiloalveolar cell carcinoma （BAC）. Methods （HGF） expression in lung adenocarcinoma and method was used to exam HGF expression in tumor specimens from 44 lung cancer patients in stage I and 32 BAC patients, 5-year survival rate of all patients were analyzed. Results HCG expression rates in lung adenocarcinoma and BAC are 66.3 % and 85.4%, respectively （P = 0.012）. The staining integrals of lung adenocarcinoma and BAC are 4.08±0.72 and 5.41±0.89, respectivdy （P= 0.009） . 5-year survival rates of lung adenocarcinoma and BAC are 68.2% and 81.3%, respectively （P = 0.045）. Conclusion HGF expression in BAC is higher than in lung adenocarcinoma. |
