摘    要:目的 探讨某地区丰水期的饮用水及水源水的致突变性。方法 本文采用AMES试验。结果 各源水中碱基移码型的直接致突变物高于间接致突变物。各水样中的致突变物主要为移码突变型 ,同时也存在碱基置换型致突变物。黄河水中存在有间接致突变物。结论 各水样在净化过程中不能除去这些有机致突变物 ,反而增加了新的致突变物

Abstract:Objective To approach the mutagenicity of drinking water and source water in plentiful phase of the region. Method by Ames test. Results The number of direct mutagen of base frameshift mutation in all samples of water is more than that of indirect mutagen of base frameshift mutation. All samples of water have plenty of mutagen of base frameshift mutation and a small amount of base permutation mutation. The samples of water of Yellow River have indirect mutagen. Conclusion Those mutagen in all samples of water can not be eliminated in the purification of water, but new mutagen is added.
