止眩灵治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的研究

目的　评价中药止眩灵治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效及血液流变学、患侧椎动脉血流量、血流管径和平均血流速度的变化。方法　分组采用析因设计 ,把 12 0例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为 4组 :止眩灵 +川芎嗪 +颈牵组 ,止眩灵 +颈牵组 ,川芎嗪 +颈牵组 ,颈牵组。利用HP - 10 0 0型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪和LING - 10 0血液比黏度计分别观察其治疗前后血液流变学 8项指标、患侧椎动脉血流量、血流管径和平均血流速度的变化。结果　交互作用组和止眩灵组能有效降低血液黏度 ,改善患侧椎动脉血流量 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　止眩灵能有效降低血液黏度 ,舒张动脉血管和改善患侧椎动脉血流量 ,是治疗椎动脉颈椎病的有效方药。

Study of Zhixuanling on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis

Objective It is to evaluate the clinical effect, hemorheology, flow volume of vertebral artery on the broken side, inside diameter of vein and average bloodstream velocity of Zhixuanling on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into Zhixuanling, ligustrazine and traction group, Zhixuanling and traction group, ligustrazine and traction group and traction group. The eight indexes of hemorheology, flow volume of vertebral artery on the broken side, inside diameter of vein and average bloodstream velocity were observed with HP-1000 color doppler ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus and LING-100 blood viscosity meter.Results The blood viscosity was effectively debased and the flow volume of vertebral artery on the broken side was ameliorated in mutual action groups and Zhixuanling group (P<0.05).Conclusion Zhixuanling can effectively debase the blood viscosity and relax the artery blood vessel, ameliorate flow volume of vertebral artery on the broken side. It is a effective medicine on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.
