| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除(Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)术中右副肝管损伤的预防及治疗方法。方法回顾性总结6例右副肝管损伤的手术情况和治疗方法。结果损伤原因是操作不仔细,对肝外胆管的变异认识不足。6例均在术中发现,并行术中胆管造影明确;6例均中转开腹,4例损伤的右副肝管直径>3cm的行损伤胆管端端吻合,另2例直径<3cm的行损伤胆管结扎。结论良好的胆道外科意识、精细的手术操作是避免右副肝管损伤的关键所在。
