| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤维支气管镜对诊断支气管结核的诊断价值。方法用纤维支气管镜检查55例支气管结核患者,并与病理学检查结果比较。结果55例中有21例(38.2%)为浸润型,16例(29.1%)为肉芽增殖型,13例(23.6%)为溃疡坏死型,5例(9.1%)为瘢痕狭窄型。纤维支气管镜下病理活检阳性率为32.7%。支气管刷检及支气管肺泡灌洗阳性率为56.4%。结论纤维支气管镜检查可以提高支气管结核的确诊率。
