葛根素对慢性高眼压兔眼视神经轴浆流影响的实验研究

目的：观察葛根素对慢性高眼压兔眼视神经轴浆流的影响。方法：用2％甲基纤维素多次前房注射造成慢性高眼压兔眼模型。对高眼压兔眼分别用0．5％喀吗心安滴眼和静脉注射葛根素以及两者并用进行治疗，并用5％葡萄糖注射液静脉注射作为对照。用酶组织化学技术对结果进行判定。结果：葛根素能改善慢性高眼压兔眼视神经轴浆流和视盘微循环状况。结论：葛根素注射液可以作为抗青光眼的辅助治疗用药。

An experimental study on the effect of injection puerarin in the axoplasmic transport of optic nerve of rabbits with chronic introcular pressure elevation

OBJECTIVE: To survey the effect of puerarin on the retrograde axoplasmic trans-Port in the optic nerve of rabbits with chronic introcular pressure(IOP) elevation. METHODS:Experimental chronic IOP elevation of rabbits had been induced with injecting 2% guttermethylcellosi into anterior chamber repeatedly. The rabbits with chronic IOP elevation was treatedwith 0.5% timolol eye drops and injection puerarin in the treatment groups respectively and both,and 5% glucose in control group. The results were estimated with enzymo-histrochemicaltechnique. RESULTS: Injection puerarin could improve the axoplasmic transport in the opticnerve and the microcirulation of the disc. CONCLUSION: Injection puerarin could be regarded asa supplementary anti-glaucomatous drug.
