| 摘 要： | 为了了解七年制医学生对教育环境适应情况，文章采用教育环境评估量表（DREEM）对七年制PBL班和非PBL班分别进行了调查，并做了比较分析。得出的结果：与非PBL班相比PBL班学生能够更好的适应教育环境；PBL教学模式提高了学生自主学习能力和解决问题能力；PBL教学能够以学生为教学中心，PBL教学过程中教师能够与学生建立良好的交流和沟通关系。
