脾虚型与肝胃不和型患者胃肠X线钡餐检查初步观察

本文观察了37例脾虚型、36例肝胃不和型患者的胃肠道钡餐X线象,结果显示,在脾虚型患者中,检查出胃肠器质性病变、胃的位置低下、胃蠕动变浅、胃排空加快及结肠胀气的阳性率均高于肝胃不和型.两组之间的差别,经统计学检验均有显著意义(p<0.05或<0.01).从而初步说明中医认为久病多虚、虚证病深及脾虚可导致中气下陷、运化失常、百病丛生的理论是有一定的病理基础的。

Barium Meal Examination of Gastrointestinal Tract in Patients with Spleen-asthenia or with Stagnation of Liver-qi

This report presents the results of Barium Meal Examination of gastrointestinal tract in 37 patients with spleen-asthenia and 36 patients with stagnation of liver-qi. The results showed that the positive rates of gastrointestinal organic lesion, gastroptosis, shallowed gastric peristalsis, quickened gastric emptying, and aerocolia in the patients with spleen-asthenia were all higher than those in the patients with stagnation of liver-qi (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The results suggest that the TCM viewpoints such as, asthenia-syndrome resulting from protracted disease, serious disease being caused by asthenia-syndrome, collapse of middle-jiao qi arising from spleen-asthenia, all tally with the theory of modern pathology.
