芪冬白玉汤治疗气阴两虚水停型心衰临床疗效观察

目的:观察芪冬白玉汤对气阴两虚水停型心衰患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合研究纳入标准的60例气阴两虚水停型心衰患者随机分为西医对照组30例和中医治疗组30例,西医对照组予标准心衰药物治疗,中医治疗组在西医治疗基础上予芪冬白玉汤颗粒剂治疗,观察时间为4周,比较治疗前后两组患者基本理化指标、超声心动指标的变化;以Lee氏评分量表进行疗效判定。结果:治疗前,2组患者血常规、生化指标、超声心动指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05);2组治疗前后对比,与治疗前相比,西医对照组及中医治疗组EF、FS均明显升高且具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);2组治疗后对比,2组患者血常规、生化指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,与西医对照组对比,中医治疗组心脏超声EF、FS值增高且具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);疗效判定西医对照组有效20例,无效10例,总有效率为66.7%;中医治疗组治疗后显效5例,有效22例,无效3例,总有效率为90.0%;中医治疗组总有效率增高且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:芪冬白玉汤能够显著改善心衰患者心功能且无明显毒副作用。

Clinical Curative Observation of Using Qidong Baiyu Decoction in the Treatment of Qi -Yin Deficiency and Water Stagnation Type Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qidong Baiyu Decoction on the patients with Qi-Yin deficiency and water stagnation type heart failure.Methods:According with standard of the studies in 60 cases of Qi-Yin deficiency and water stagnation type heart failure patients were randomly divided into controlled group 30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine treatment group 30 cases,western medicine controlled group to the standard heart failure therapy,Chinese medicine treatment group on the basis of western medicine in the winter of stilbene Bai Yushang Granules treatment,observation time was 4 weeks,compared the two groups of patients before and after the treatment the change of the basic physical and chemical indicators,ultrasonic cardiac index.The efficacy was determined by Lee’s score scale.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in blood routine,biochemical index,and ultrasonic cardiac index in 2 groups(P>0.05).Compared with the treatment before and after treatment,the EF and FS of the western medicine controlled group and the TCM treatment group were significantly increased and showed significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Compared the two groups after treatment,2 groups of patients with blood routine and biochemical indexes had no statistical difference(P>0.05),after treatment,compared with western medicine controlled group,the Chinese medicine treatment group of echocardiographic EF,FS increased value and had significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Efficacy:20 cases were effective in the western medicine control group,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 66.7%.After treatment of TCM treatment group,5 cases were developed,22 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 90.0%.The total effective rate of TCM treatment group was increased with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure and no toxic side effect.
