枳实薤白桂枝汤联合穴位贴敷治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的:探讨枳实薤白桂枝汤联合穴位贴敷治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:将120例冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),两组入院后均给予规范西医治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予枳实薤白桂枝汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位敷贴治疗,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组中医症状疗效、心电图疗效及治疗前后心电图改变情况、西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)变化。结果:观察组中医症候、心电图总有效率分别为91. 67%、80. 0%高于对照组的78. 33%、61. 67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组治疗后ST段下移、T波低平、T波倒置几率分别为18. 33%、13. 33%、5. 0%低于对照组的35. 0%、28. 33%、16. 67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组治疗后SAQ量表中躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发病频、治疗满意度分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:枳实薤白桂枝汤联合穴位贴敷治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛效果显著,且能提高生活质量。

Curative effect of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction combined with acupoint application in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the curative effect of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction combined with acupoint application in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 120 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group(60cases) and the control group(60cases).The two groups were treated with western medicine after admission.On the basis,the control group was treated with Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction,while the observation group was treated with Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction combined with acupoint application.The course of treatment was 4weeks.The curative effect of TCM symptoms,curative effect of electrocardiogram,changes of electrocardiogram and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of TCM symptoms and electrocardiogram in the observation group(91.67% and 80.0%) were higher than those in the control group(78.33% and 61.67%)(P<0.05).The probabilities of ST segment depression,T wave flatness and T wave inversion in the observation group(18.33%,13.33%,5.0%) were lower than those in the control group(35.0%,28.33%,16.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of physical activity limitation,stable status of angina pectoris,frequency of angina pectoris and treatment satisfaction in SAQ scale of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction combined with acupoint application is significantly effective in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and the combined treatment can improve the quality of life of patients.
