中医定向透药疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效分析

目的:观察中医定向透药疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:选取我院骨质疏松科自2017年6月~2017年12月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者80例,将这80例患者随机分为对照组40例和试验组40例。对照组给予常规的药物治疗。试验组在对照组药物治疗的基础上,增加中医定向透药疗法。疗程结束后,采用数字评价量表(NRS)评估疼痛改善情况。结果:试验组NRS评分比较治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与对照组NRS评分治疗前比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后NRS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药物结合中医定向透药疗法对膝骨关节炎患者疼痛疗效优于单纯药物治疗。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Directed Drug Therapy on Pain in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM guided transdermal drug therapy on pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 80patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were selected from June 2017to December 2017in our hospital, and 80cases were randomly divided into 40cases in controlled group and 40cases in experimental group. The controlled group was given conventional medication. On the basis of drug treatment in the controlled group,the experimental group increased TCM directional drug therapy. After the end of treatment,the digital assessment scale ( NRS) was used to assess the improvement of pain. Results: The NRS score in the experimental group was compared before and after treatment ( P<0. 05),and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the controlled group before the treatment ( P>0. 05),and the difference of NRS score after treatment was statistically significant ( P<. 05). Conclusionthe: The curative effect of TCM guided transdermal drug therapy for knee osteoarthritis is better than that of simple drug therapy.
